Purchasing a CLK320 soon!
In about less than a month i will hopefully be purchasing a CLK 320.
I just have some quick questions:
1)What year was most reliable? Or are they all the same?
2)Anything I should particularly look at? Common problems?

2001 CLK 320
You'll probably want a 2000+ as they have the indicators in the mirror housing and a few other body changes.
My advice?
A) Dump the wagon wheels they give you and get a set of AMG rims either from someone here or ebay.
B) Consider getting a COMAND system installed by Steve from mbenznl. He makes trips over to the US and does a round robin visit and series of installs.
C) Try and get one that's less than 5yrs and 50K miles. Consider an extended warranty, these cars can easily recoup that in one big repair.
