I really don't understand why some people support those criminal activities of product piracy and put fakes on their nice MB-cars!
These pirates are causing high financial damages to the original brands, no matter if it is Carlsson, Brabus or other high-class tuners.

I really hope that people from Carlsson and Brabus will read this thread and will try to take legal action against those criminal elements, because these companies spend a lot of money for creating the design of their authentic products and lose a lot of money by unscrupulous gangsters like dronellis!

well i dont see a problem with this really. I mean, if you say that, then you would have to go after all of the after market replica rims companies as well.
What happens then is that the authentic companies will charge an even higher price because they know there are no more replicas in the market anymore.
Do you want that? I seriously dont.

With regards to the replica bodykits, I really dont see a problem at all if people know they are getting a replica kit. Some people sell replica kits saying them as original authentic ones. Why dont you go after those people first.

As long as they do not put in names like AMG, Carlsson and Brabus, it should be fine.

I personally will not buy from them because I am not sure about the quality. Reputation is the key issue in buying replica, especially by mail order.

On the other hand, if there is a way to determine that they have the same quaility as the major brands, I will buy for sure. I for one, do not care if there is a word AMG on the bodykit.

wouldnt say criminal. its just like mp3s. its free. or u can go out and buy the album. your choice. so its a decision to pay $4000+ for a bodykit or just $900. let the people do what they do.
