Glue on sunroof???

Glue on sunroof???
Have any of you ever seen glue come from the inside of the roof and get on the sunroof? We have had a few scorching days here in MD over the last couple weeks and it seems the heat may have loosened something in the roof. When the sunroof is opened, you can hear a noise as it goes in the last 3 or 4 inches. I have about 11,000 miles on my ride. I checked it in this morning. Will let you know the deal.

Time to visit the dealer if I was you - the car is new... get it fixed before you regret it. Dont want it to rain and then you wake up to find your car has become a giant and expensive goldfish bowl.

Apparently there is a felt strip inside the sunroof housing that came loose. they glued it back up in there. They said if it happens again, they will have to take the entire headliner out and replace the whole set up...
