Porterfield R4-S brake pads

I'm going to need new brakes soon. I did a search on the forum and I heard good things about the Porterfield R4-S brake pads. I did hear about an issue with squeaking after about 5,000 miles. Recommendations on where I can get them? I also wanted to know of anyone's experience with it on a CLK.

I have these and would recommend it. Less brake dust than stock but I think the stock might have grabbed a little more in normal driving. These have less fade. Once in a while they start to get squeaky when moving at 3-4 miles/hr but usually a strong brake from 60-0 or something will get rid of that. I still feel like I have a lot of brake dust, maybe it is because my wheels are so open. But I may consider some other options. Anybody know of a pad with less dust than these?
