diy fog lights

does any one have any helpfull tips in changing out the fog lights on a 500...thanks

Are you talking about replacing the foglights with an aftermarket, replacing the lens, bulbs, or???

I think the CLK is the same design on this as the 210 (E class) which is most of my experience.

To change the fog light bulb there's an access panel under the front end near the light.

To change the foglight itself, raise the front end and then drop the whole plastic pan, there's 6 or 8 bolts that hold it on, wear eye protection because a lot of junk accumulates. Once the pan is out of the way you can access the light fixtures.

If you need stock parts www.autohausaz.com and www.autopartswarehouse.com have lots of OEM lights and lenses.

i was changing out the bulb itself..not the enclosure.. i thought it was gonna be hard but it seems pretty easy i havent really taken a look at it yet...thanks
