The sales drove it 100+ km to my house when I'm out of office.
744 + 828, you know the color precisely now.
(1) Dual-HID shining well when my car was coming.
(2) V8 sounds great !
(3) Bose Hi-Fi , better than my C32's, I don't know why yet.
(4) Sport chassis, in between my C32 & Brabus C320
Stiffer than C32AMG & softer than Brabus.
(5) The Torque is not bad, compare it to the C32, wait until Kleemann is on it.
(6) Distronic is good, especially there's a little traffic, rest you
foot always.
(7) Keyless go,need never find the key in the deep of your pocket
just press the start & go. (meanwhile hold the brake)
press twice, it's off.
(8) PTS, already familiar with it on C32.
(9) Oh, quiet when cruising, even it has no frame from a sedan.
(10) Time to bed.....

What state or country are you getting this car in? I was told that the official release date is August 15th for the USA and that the car takes 2 weeks to get her over the water.
Thanks

Posting pictures is very easy. Once you have them on your hard drive, you just reply to this thread, and where it says "Attach File:", to the right of that, you click browse, select the image from your HD, and post. It's that easy. Now POST! POST! POST! I wanna see some pix!

Taiwan, ROC.
W209 here start to delievery since July.
but only with 2.6 & 3.2 version, price a little higher than W211.
As to V8, special order & imported, give the agent a shock !!
The first V8 arrived here in Taiwan.
But the staff of Kleemann department of DC Taiwan
They're much interested in helping me the fastest Mercedes here in Taiwan.
Following are my tuning list and welcome any advice
(1) Brabus body kits, I got another AMG already.
(2) GT2 brake kits to stop the car over 500 hp.
or SL55 brake kits is fine.
(3) Kleemann S/C by 0.5 bar or 0.6 bar.
(4) 17" -> 18" , AMG new twin-spoke rim as CLK55.
(5) AMG or Kleemann 320 km/h speedo
(6) speed limit remove.

Shine, congratulations on your new car.
HDS500, I will have to disagree with you about Benzsport. 90% of the people on Benzsport have W124's, W202's or other older models, and due to this, most of the discussion there is exclusive to those few discontinued models. The real Mercedes-Benz discussion happens here.

Any chance you could send me some of the larger pictures you took via eMail or AOL Instant Messanger? I could use Photoshop to shrink them down to a size where you could post them here for all of us to see.
Also, could you take some well-lit interior pictures??

odbenz, yes, they are available in the USA.
HDS500, we have those same identical sections here aswell. I said most people there have older MB models, there are very few members there who have current models. Go take a look at any of the forums here on MBWorld, you will notice many of the topics are about modifying cars, also take a look at the picture threads in some of the forums, half the cars you see will have a lot of modified stuff. MBWorld is the site for "modding", point in case: Kleemann, Renntech, and many other people associated with those companies browse and post here. Also, MBWorld is owned by the owner of Evosport, a tuning company. There are numerous people here who have many performance modifications such as Kleemann, Renntech, etc. while there is only a small amount on Benzsport. Nomatter what car you drive, you will get an answer here aswell, and chances are your question would be answered by a Mercedes-Benz technician, Merceces-Benz Salesmen/Manager, a Kleemann Tech, a professional racecar driver, etc. Benzsport can offer none of that
. Benzsport caters to owners of older models, W202, W124, etc, and most discussion, performance or not, is based around those models.

A stock C32 AMG still has more power than a C32k, and the price is almost identical after modifications, actually the C32k may be a little more expensive than a C32 AMG. Also, you can get the C32 AMG in two tone interior.
Nearly everyone here on MBWorld, I would say 90%, has some sort of modifications, performance or not, be it wheels, body kit, etc.
Kleemann browses the forums because there is a lot of talk on the forums about Kleemann, most of it does not even take place in the C-Class forum.
I agree with you that both websites are great. If I had questions about a W202, 190E, etc. I would definetly ask it at BS, but for the current models and everything else besides older models, MBWorld is the best place.

No, because I am selling my S500 back to the dealer as soon as my C32 arrives, and I do plan on modifying my C32. No mods on the S600 either, because we have a 2003 on order, and as soon as that arrives we are selling our 2002 S600 back to the dealer.
If you think 10% of the people MBWorld have modified their cars in some way, shape or form, you are mistaken, especially when the majority of posts here have to do with modifications of some sort.
You said that BS is THE website for modified MB's, which isn't true. Discussion about Brabus, Lorinser, Kleemann, Renntech, etc. is scarce at BS.

We're not going to sell our car back every year, it just so happens the 2003 S600 is far superior to the 2002, which is why we are getting one. And I plan on keeping the C32 for more than a year
.
To get back on topic...
Shine, you said your salesmen drove the car to your house, was this before you received the car so you had the additional 100km on it, when you got it?
Also, since you're not in North America, did you have the option of choosing an Avantgarde, Classic, or Elegance version of the CLK500?

(1) Yes, that mileage adds on, I examined it the day it arrived the show room, 18 km , fine with me.
(2) Mercedes Taiwan do, no V8 on their plan this year.
the dealer I bought CLK import exotic cars, no choice, always full options. buy it or not.
They have the Top customer pools here, that day I visited my CLK
FOUR SL55AMG crowded there too, ready to delievery.
(3) I'll borrow friend's DC and post more.(interior)
(4) Porsche GT2 brake kits ? I tested a Kleemann S50K and feel
confidence when GT2 kits on that heavy Monster.
I was told half year lead time once you ordered one.
SL55 brake kits maybe a little popular & shorter L/T.=> could be my choice.
