Pics of my facelifted clk with designo wood
Just got my facelifted CLK 200 Kompressor. Options are as follows:
Designo wood
steering wheel in designo wood and leather
Xenon headlamps
Auto seats with memory
Harmon Kardon sound system
17" 10 spoke wheels
Avantgarde with beige leather
Designo wood

Nice to see another AvantGarde with a wood interior.
We prefer the wood even though everyone thinks it is a cheaper Elegance model.
Our seats are two tone but I guess that option is now gone.

Beautiful Car Faisal. This designo wood and steering is a great call.
Where do you live in Pakistan. I was born and raised in Islamabad. Pictures seem to suggest you are in Karachi.

CLK 500 Convertible
What up zee. I like the black internior together with the wood grain steering wheel. Looks really nice. The leather seats though! I don"t know!? You should have gotten them in black. Other then that nice car.

I have the CLK200 KOMPRESSOR too !
I love your interior !
I went to order a new one at my dealer last week and came away dissapointed that I cant get what I want !
Currently I have Cubanite Silver (Pewter) with Alpaca (light grey) leather and light wood, like your picture !
I wanted similar but cant get anything but black, medium grey or very light beige leather, and all with dark wood, which sucks ! The light beige is almost white and the others are too dark !
There are two other lovely leather colours, capuccino and dark brown, but these are only with the Avantgarde..............but you cant get wood ! Instead it has aluminium or black maple !!
I hate that !
Also if I get a Cab. I can only get a black or grey hood, neither of which look good with Cubanite !!
BTW Avantgarde and Elegance are the same price over here, and always have been ! All options are about 3 times the price they are in the US so Designo is not an option I would pay for !

Nice interior. Just curious though, What does a CLK200 K run for in Pakistan? And how much do they cost in Ireland? I know imported/euro cars in Korea cost roughly double of what they cost in the States. I am just curious as to what you guys have to pay if converted to US dollars?

And how much do they cost in Ireland?
You'll get alaugh from this ! In Ireland we pay Value Added Tax of 21%, then we also pay Vehicle Registration Tax of roughly 30% !
Therefore my CLK200K, with metallic, Auto, Leather and Elegance package, as the only options, came to €63,500 which by todays exchange is about US$ 77,000 !
For a basic 4 cyl. car ! !
For the next model, the outgoing CLK240 V6, it costs $ 9,000 more..........for an extra 7 BHP !!! Ohh and the annual Road Tax is $590.00, but for the 240 its over $800. A 500 V8 would cost about $ 1700 annually !!

Our 05 CLK500 Avantgarde Cabriolet was NZ$ 179 410= US $ 124,580.
To stop the line and add the Burr Walnut and the rear spoiler cost NZ$ 3950 = US$ 2750.

Yep its Supercharged !
The 1.8 engine replaced the original Supercharged generation 1 engines which were coarse and rough. They cam in 2.3 litres and then a 2.0 was added !
The new 1.8 replaced both and has twin counter rotating balancer shafts. It is more silent and sounds much sweeter. Still a 4 pot though !
It comes in a CLK as a 163BHP, but in the 4 door you can get 143 and also 193BHP in the Sport Coupe !
