Split-Folding Rear Seats?

Split-Folding Rear Seats?
I've heard conflicting things about this...are split-folding rear seats standard on the CLK? From what I know they are not an option...only the ski sack is. Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Folding seats are standard (W208/209)
I have two sources:
A 'preview' in one of the prior months Car & Driver
two issues of MBCA's The Star have had reviews and tests and mention the folding seats...
(BTW, the folding seats were just introduced into the 2003 E-class)
