nice article on the CLK in the current issue of CAR
compared the CLK to the volvo c70, bmw 330 and some french? car avanti? (looked very strange).
the author liked the bmw and the clk - gave the final nod to the clk.

the french car is the renault avantime. the volvo was really not even in contention (except for the audio).

IMHO (1) BMW330 is good, but young people love it more than I do
Inline-six is not my favor, either.
(2) C70, elegent & stylish , I bought one for my wife in 1999
I traded it with 2001/C320, much much more driver friendly
and technology lead. not to say the brand new W209.....
10 Dynaudio speakers on C70 could be a plus
(3) French car ? headache maintence quality here, sorry !
