how to pursue lemon law

i am seriously thinking going the lemon law route with my wife's CLK.

We had tranmsission issue at 10k, and replaced on top already.

Today the convertible top died. It will not go down or up.

On top of that the car had loose rear sway bar, and numerous unsolvable rattle.

The documentation on this car is about thick as a book now. I am getting very frustrated with this piece of junk.

Do a google search for CA lemon law, it should take you to your state's lemon law web page. I've had to L/L an MB and once MB realizes you have a strong case they will step up to the plate and offer you a check or a new car rather than lose a cutomer and have the car branded a lemon.

I've lemon lawed my 2001 C320 and my 2004 CLK320. My attorney successfully lemon lawed my brother in law's 2001 S600, my friends 2001 CL500, and my other friend's 2002 745i. Let me know if you need a referral.
