CLK350 headrest problem

I just purchased the CLK350 Convertible with the upgraded seats. I did this because I need good lumbar support to keep my neck from tilting forward. The lumbar support is very minor and the head rest pushes my neck forward. I am a 5'6 woman and think this seat was just made for tall men. Why does MB think that a headrest needs to tilt forward.. Does anyone know if MB makes a different auto headrest that can be installed?

you can pull on the bottom of the headrest and it will come out thus tilting it up

Pulling the bottom of the head rest out just pushes my head even more forward. I went to the Relax the Back store and purchased a seat that lifts me up a little higher and also bought a better lumbar support for the back... so am doing ok now. Talked to the MB salesman and he said to take the car to an upholstery and have them remove an inch of the padding in the head rest so it doesn’t extrude so far and said he has had other complaints from women on this issue
