New Back Box
Hi Everyone Im after some views.
For a while now i have been looking for a new exhuast for my car, ive looked at supersprint, remus, brabus and have not liked any of them i wanted something different.
So im have a 6x4inch oval and customer box fitted on my clk, has anyone else done this also has anyone had any problems with the car's computer after fitting a non factory exhuast?

One other questions is urs a 200 kompressor? how does the exhaust sound

Its booked in to be done on the 29 dec at 9am, they have said they want 3 hours to complete the job and will be making the box on a slip on connection to allow me to put the old box on if needed.
The firm doing the job only does exhaust, my girlfriend is paying for it as a christmas present.
They hre charging me 189GBP all in. It's about 320dollars.
Im really looing forward to getting it done, its a mod i have been thinking about for a while now.

My exhaust is the single oval one. It's huge but fits the cutout in the bumper like a glove. As I said, no problems. Then I had my mechanic take out the 2 rear cats, so it's flows better. The power is noticeably better, the sound is awesome. Oh, and it's a 240.

Damm its a good life.
Im really looking forward to having it fitted i will post pic's the same day, the guy at the shop has asked me if i can send some to him to put on their web site which i think is wicked im gonna see what he suggests re the pipe etc i think im gonna just have the back box.
Have you got a pic of your exhaust??

I'm thinking of headers but not sure where to find them. Most only have them for the left hand drive US mkt. Oh, and aluminium door lock pins.

Since its been installed i have noticed that themp of the car has gone down by 15-20 degrees is this right?
The car seems alot more responcive aswell.
Im really please with the sound i said to the guy i didnt want it to sound like a nova/ boy racer but i didnt want it standard either.
It is a really nice sound its both grumbly and loud it sounds really powerful i have never heard another exhaust like it im really pleased with the sound.
