Opinions Wanted
Im looking at a 01 Clk320, bone stock, its got 17k the guy is looking 15,000 for it (ps its salvaged ive been buying from him for a long time he does a great job fixing them)
But I have read that they have so many problems, should I consider this car and what are some MAJOR things that have gone wrong with this model?

Stay away. 10K max and you might be buying a box of problems. Nothing against your buddy, but theses cars are diabolically complex. Plan on keeping it for a long time because it will be hard to sell.

I would advise you not to buy it. It's going to be very expensive if you need to fix anything, and you probably will have to fix a lot of things. That car has enough problems when not being in an accident so bad that it was salvaged. Like velvet said, you will also have a lot of trouble trying to get rid of it.
