Replacing seat under warranty?

Well I have a stone interior and for those who have it know how much of a pain it is to keep it clean.

Anyway, over the course of the time ive had the car, the dye from my jeans/pants/whatever have rubbed onto the seat and its really starting to bug me as I cant find a good solution to get it out.

I'm due up for service this week, and I was wondering if this is something that could be fixed/replaced under warranty. I doubt it, but it cant hurt to ask. Thanks a lot.

It used to be case by case; but unless your dealer is very generous MB is no longer paying unless the stitching is coming out. You can get your seats resprayed, check to see who your dealer uses.
