Cabin Filter
I just got a 2006 CLK-350 for my wife. I find out that the car does not have active charcoal filter on the A/C system. Does anyone know a replacement for the paper cabin filter with active charcoal in the material?
I know for a fact that my 2004 VW GTI has paper cabin filter with charcoal woven into the filter. It works pretty good. Not as good as a seperate dedicated charcoal filter like it used to be on MBs.
MB has done cheap on the newer cars, it really suck to see it happening. I don't think the active charcoal system will cost them so much to go cheap on a new car.
