Green Filter maintenance

I was wondering at how many miles do i have to do maintenance on them. Also, is there a cleaning kit or do i have to re-oil and etc?

Yup, there is a cleaning kit; however, I've heard that when you re-oil the filters you may damage your MAF sensor. Its best to just throw it out and buy a set of new ones so you dont risk an expensive trip to the dealer. I don't know the exact reccomended miles for cleaning...i think its supposed to be around 5000 miles or so.

Yea, i heard it was around 4k to 5k, but some have said 50k. I heard the oiling should be really light, almost as though its almost dry. I think a person from the forums put too much oil and messed up their sensor a while back. Thanks for the info.

Not really. I just think it seems like the engine revs a bit more freely. Not sure if it affects acceleration, but when the weather warms up a bit I'll see what my 0-60 and quarter mile times are with my G-Tech Pro. But honestly, I felt that the Eisenmann Race Exhaust gave more power than the Green Filters did.
