Pros and Cons of Leasing vs. Buying

I know that if you lease a car, its a lot harder to do modifications to it. However, after 3 years, you don't have to worry about the hastle of selling the car, you can walk away and get something new.

What are some of the other pros and cons to leasing vs. buying?

With a lease you can get a new car every 2 to 3 years. Just walk away and drive off in a new machine. I am leasing my upcoming CLK-500 in 6 weeks. The car will be loaded except for distronic and two tone seats. No money down, no taxes upfront, for about $950-$970 a month. I just purchased a BMW 330xi for my wife. I bought it because she only puts on about 5000 miles a year. Also the 3-Series Bimmers have a better resale than most other cars.
