2003 CLK 55 AMG Coupe
Ordered an AMG coupe
After many months of viewing pictures & reading numerous comments I finally saw both the 320 & 500 models last week. I was pleasantly surprised that I liked the looks significantly more than I thought I would.
So, I decided to take the plunge & place an order. Dealer, Fletcher Jones of Newport Beach, indicated I'm # 7 on their list but don't know when a delivery date will be. Did tell me that the 1st AMG is sked to be built in Sep.
Anyone else have an order with delivery date?

sweet. I test drove a clk500 and I honestly liked it a lot. I don't know what all this negative talk is all about. Yes, it does not have the muscle car look like the w208s did, but now it's more classy.

I agree. Sometimes, when I look at my 430, I think the car is trying too hard to look "tough". Considering I came very close to getting a CL, I am more than happy with the CLK's new look.
