I have a brand new Sirius Reciever for sale fits 03 CLK320. We had a problem with mine (or so we thought) and got this one to test and it turned out to be a internal problem with the Nav box. We plugged the cable thorough the plastic cover and the dealer says they won't take it back now. We did try it after fixing the problem with the Nav and it works perfect. I think it comes with a 6 month subscription as it has never been activated. I will sell it for my cost which is $350.
You would need the bracket, and an antenna (I have a black one if that is the color of your car).
