Aligning driver door?

Hi!

I had an accident with my CLK. A kid rammed his car in my car on my (drivers side). The door has been replaced and some other work done on the car. But now the problem is that the driver door doesn't get closed as smoothly as before or as the passenger door. If I close the passenger door from the position that they are a couple cm's open and just nudge it to close it closes nicely, but the drivers door doesn't, I must give it a little more of a push to get it closed.

Can I somehow align the door so it would close nicely?

Thanks for any help!
