320 brakes

hi everybody

I got a question regarding stock 320 brakes. Basically I want to replace them. They look fugly, especially with nice rims, even c class sport brakes look better. What are my options, and no I don't wanna spend 3-5 grand on Brembo, Brabus, Kleeman brakes

Will c sport, or e500 sport brakes fit with no mods?

pete

Wow. you are willing to lose 3-5k trading your car in for a BMtroubleU, but not spend it on upgrading your brakes because no body will answer your ? ??

you could upgrade to the c-class cross-drilled brakes.(calipers, rotors, and pads)

Definately not the e500 brakes because all e500's(03-06) have SBC brakes which will not allow the calipers to be retrofitted.

Any of the W203 C-Class brakes will fit, including the calipers, rotors, and pads from the C55. The C55 has 4 piston front and 2 piston rear calipers. Brembo offers rotors that work with the OEM Benz calipers..they are better quality than the benz calipers. Also, I would recommend Porterfield or Pagid brake pads over benz pads. Last, I would suggest upgrading to stainless steel brake lines from stoptech. They cost about $150 or so and make a huge difference in feel.

I would start by checking out this site: http://www.autoanything.com/brakes/10A50530.aspx and also http://www.mercedes-benz-parts-direct.com/

I have Brembos in the front and back. It was the best modification i've ever done.

2005 CLK500
Thanks bro. It's $5350 including installation. I want to get rid of my stock brakes and rotors. Anyone interested? It's a 2005 CLK500.

beauty, too bad i cant afford it

i'll go with stock c class sport brakes, very similar in size, if not identical to clk500 brakes, but look even better

thanks for replies guys
