2004 CLK320
ECU chip upgrade
I have 2004 CLK320 and want to have ECU upgrade. However, I am not sure whether it will bring a difference on performance or not after installation. Does anyone could answer this question?

You can get your ECU done by Kleeman, Renntech, Carlsson, Evosport (PowerChip), or SpeedTuningUSA. You will not see a major gain in hp like the supercharged cars get. At most you'll get 20hp, but that is very unlikely. These ECU upgrades all go for around 1000 dollars except for SpeedTuningUSA which is 300. I got the SpeedTuningUSA ECU and if you are addicted to hp and an extra 15 horses or so is worth it, then go for it.
