CLK Tailights..
I really would love to tint my tail lights to make them look 100% deep, dark black..i dont know where to start from...what do you guys think.

You can get tint spray from car part stores... or ebay. There are differences in quality so do some research. There are various ways of applying it, one is light sand with 2000 grit sand paper to guarantee adhesion, then desired number of light coats of the spray tint (the more goats applied the darked the light obviously). Let dry and apply urethane clear coat on the finished light to make super glossy and durable. Obviously you cannot remove this kind of application so be prepared to have spare set of lights for inspection. In texas they really don't care too much if your coating is moderate smoke... based on my experience but this will vary from state to state.
I have heard some folks to use spray directly from the can, no clear coat and no sanding at all..

summit
summit racing sells tint spray I use at my shop, all you need to do is use a body shop quality wax and grease remover then spray 4-6 dust coats. The more the darker, then rub them out by hand with a compound. looks like glass when your done, no need to clear, just put a good sealant when your done. takes about 3 hours max to do both lenses. its about 8 bucks a can. you will need 2 cans.. good luck
