CLK 350 lease, any good?

I was looking at Audi's and kind of fell into a lease deal on a CLK. Is this any good?

I am looking at doing a lease before year end. MB has their winter sale going on. My dealer gave me the following quote:
2007 CLK 350
MSRP $50,745
P01 Prem Pkg, 17" 5 spoke wheel, wood/lther wheel, heatee fr seats
10k mi per yr
27 mo lease $449/mo, 1st mo pay + $3,545

Apparently this is the lease rate in their ad but the ad is based upon a MSRP of $49,505

Is this a good lease rate? Thanks.

yes, decent price. I have seen people pay more.

When I leased our clk 350, i paid...

$2000 down (including first month)
10,000 annual mileage
27 month lease
$471 a month including tax.
My MSRP was $52,995.00.

In my opinion, thats not a good deal.
