Yes, it's a CLK.
(1) Look at the design of front seatbelt presenter
SLK needs not such a stuff.
(2) SLK needs not the rearlook that copied exactly from CLK.
(3) Rear seats are there, not too obvious from the pic .

niiiiice! although, i'd have preferred a hard top version, w/ the top down, the clk looks very good.
can't say that about some other cars w/ the chop. or they look kinda bad w/ the top up (like the w208 do, imo).
