How much wider and longer is the front end of the CLK W209 compared to the C-Class W203? Is the hood that much bigger on the CLK.

I am curious about the size of the C55 vs the C32 and the C55 is basically a CLK in front and the rest C-Class.

I like the looks of the CLK better than the stock C-Class but would like a 4 door. The only 4 door CLK is the C55.

I would love to just swap the front clip from a CLK on to a C320.

 

I don't think it's just a simple swap. I think you'd have to swap pretty much the entire front end (if its possible) if you want the clip. The lights, the hood, the quarter panel, the grill, and the bumper are all different although they look similar sized.

I suppose anything is possible if you have bondo, a saw and money.

 

Bro, save the money and just buy a CLK-style grill for under $200.00. Put it on your C55 and the front end will look identical to a CLK.
