Window tinted CLK's, did you have to change the inner window rubber seal ..?

Stopped by the local tint shop that has done all my other cars and trucks and they are telling me they have to install a different rubber seal on the inner side of each window... Apparantly the outer window seals have a velour-like wiper but the inner seals don't... They claim the inner seal ruber will scratch the tint every time the windows are raised/lowered...
They said they have the velour-like wiper for the front windows but not the rears and they cost $40 per side to install... Anyone with tint hear this before and how did you deal with it...?

If there only have the velour-like wiper for the front windows but not the rears, does this mean that you can only install tint to the front windows?

This would not look good.

The interesting thing was the tint shop Mngr. said they didn't have a solution for the rear windows so I should expect scratching to occur every time I open/close the rear windows... I'm wondering if I can simply buy some soft velour like material and adhere it to the inside rubber seals to aleviate the problem...

Anyone else notice the rear window tint getting scratched...?
