K&N filters--check out CLK DTM video
thought this video was interesting (sorry if it's a re-post and I'm sure most
of you have seen it...but hey, it's always great to see and hear the CLK DTM in action...LOL!! )
The video just reconfirmed my trust in K&N filters...(I've used them in all of the cars I've owned)...
ps, air filter housing is Totally different in the DTM than our 'standard' CLKs..

Great video.I was at Nurburgring in August ( AMG Private Lounge contest ) and I the mechanics what filters they were using and they replied "K&N".They said it's a matter of sacrifice - more air,less filtration.Given that the DTM teams operate with the same motor throughout the season says alot that they trust K&N filters.

that must have been an experience!! I was lucky to spend some time in Germany, but didn't go to Nurburgring...
It's amazing how they even race the DTM in the rain with the K&N's and no slowing them down!!
