W209 Wood door trim removal

I have been trying to find specific instructions as to how to properly remove the wood trim from my 04 W209 doors.

Can anyone help me? Looking to remove the long narrow strips and the window control panel.

I dont have specific instructions but they are held on by these small washers that keep it snug, You have to pull them off one by one, theres approx 7, 4 of which are easy to get to but the other 3 are very difficult to take off. I hope this helps in some way.

03 CLK500, 04 X3, No 07 GT3RS :(
The whole door panel needs to be removed, because the wood is held from the backside and you can not just pry the pieces out or you'll break something. There are a couple old threads discussing how to remove the door panel - try searching and if you still have any questions I'll try to answer as best I can.

Thanks. I have an older copy of the WIS, but am having a devil of a time getting the software to work.............guess I am a tad old fashion at preferring paper/book reading...........
