Since a week ago I get this strange noise/feeling when I ignite the car. It feels like something scratches the car down below my legs especially when I have my foot on either gas or brakes. This lasts for couple of seconds right after I ignite the car and then dissapears. Anyone familiar with this problem??

I had a same problem and the dealer replaced front stabilizer bar, R &R and replaced exhuast heat shield.
