does anyone know if the CLK w209 year 2006 has heated side mirror ??

I heard that you can enable in the STAR DIAGNOSE ?? is that true ???
if YES, how do u save the configuration ??

I checked the 2006 CLK MB brochure (Canadian). Under exterior features, it was listed "Dual power mirriors, linked to the driver's seat memory and automatically heated." for all CLK models (CLK320, CLK500 and CLK55).

You should have power mirrors.

all clk's have heated mirrors. Heck, all C's even do.
