I found mine on autotrader.com. Cars.com is another good resource.
You should be able to find one that's still under warranty for several months yet. Mine is good through October of this year. I also opted to purchase an extended warranty based on comments and recommendations on this forum. These CLK's apparently have a potential problem where radiator coolant gets into the transmission and destroys it. Very costly. I decided to pay for it now, over time, rather than waiting for it to happen.
I got my warranty from continental warranty from the advice of one of the forum members. They provided me with a 7 yr. "new car" warranty and an interest free payment plan. If you want any details, search for posts by toog4me on this forum.

I have an 03 CLK500 with 39000 miles. It has factory warranty until 12/10/07 or 50000 miles. Im the second owner, its brilliant silver with anthracite interior. Sharp and fast car! I had the tranny issue fixed under factory warranty, runs great! Let me know if your interested, Im in Illinois.

Typically all pricing is negotiable - cars.com, autotrader, dealers etc... Mine was from an internet-only dealer who advertized on autotrader and the price was negotiable. So, if you are finding cars listed for 33-34, then you can probably get to the $30k range.
