I have a 2007 Clk I want to put a better sound system in it but i have no idea where to start???

I started changing the head unit with an alpine dual din dvd player,and i also installed navi system..

 

yes i already have the bose system

 

Just a quick question, did you lose any steering control buttons when you put your Alpine DVD Head Unit in ?

 

Whit that head unit they make an adapter to keep using the steering wheel remote, the only thing that doesnt work is the oem display, but thats only becasue my model doesnt have the oem display output, new alpine models have also the connection for the oem display (always with the same adapter)

 

Add a JL AUDIO Cleansweep after the stock BOSE amp then do new Amps,Speakers and Sub
