Question Parametric steering?

Any opinions and experiences from the parametric steering of CLK?

Is it worth it?

Thumbs up

Wider tires turn the wheel steering very heavy at parking, especially for female drivers.
The parametric steering serves that as you have 175/60-14 tires,
the tiny wear on mini cars, but even lighter cuz those low
cost cars do not equipped with such a thing.
With only fingers can roll the steer no matter how big feet you're
I appreciate this modern design, let beast neutral to sexes.

You'll find the 245/40-18 front tires of SL55AMG response much lighter on its steering wheel with effortless parking than a C230.
It's the parametric steering.
If you're a strong man and no female will drive the car, forget it.

So, it's something that "lightens" the steering when you move slow or park?

I thought it makes the steering more "heavy" (progressively) when you drive faster.

Yes it is, distinguish that from common power steering
which is almost standard in all modern cars, speed sensitive.

Thanks Shine but still I didn't get how "it feels".

Here (for the CLK200K) it's an (low cost, about 250euros/$) option.

Should I get it (for better "feel" at >150Km/h)?
Or it feels "artificial" and it's better without it?

Thanks Felix!
Unfortunately they have a 200K and a 240 (I tested'em both) without the paremetric steering for comparison.
That's why I'm looking for opinions.
Anyway you like it so it's one vote in favor!

Any other comment or any more details about the "feeling" of the parametic steering will be appreciate!
