Back Shade wont close correctly

Back Shade wont close correctly
Hi guys
The shade that comes up in the back of the car, doesn't seem to close correctly. When i close it, not all of the shade retracts its kinda flowers or puffs up. The bar retracts all the way down its just the shade doesnt go all the way

any idea how to fix

Having a similar problem, one corner of the bar does not retract completely. Is this cover under warranty?
