I'm planning on purchasing 04 CLK 500 and I want to drop it about an inch and put 19" rims. Does the CLK have camber adjusters on them or do I have install after market camber adjusters to get the camber back to specs?

You'll have to buy a camber adjustment kit.

On The Front You can Install Mercedes 4X (REPAIR) Bolts for camber adjustment

The Rear will require a camber kit either Kmac or adjustable rods that replace the solid arms
