CLK500 or E46 M3?
Hi, guys...i am new to the board...
I currently have a SLK32, the car is too small for me, considering to switch to CLK500 or E46 M3...but having trouble to decide
what are your suggestions??

2004 Audi S4, 2003 CLK 500
Get the CLK-500. I almost got a M3 and cancelled it for the CLK-500. If you are looking for ridiculous acceleration go for the M3. BMW still has not gotten all the kinks out of the engine. The CLK-500 has plenty of power plus some really cool options.

Jack32, I was in your same position so I put a refundable deposit down on both cars, the CLK500 came in first so I went to look at it and I just didn't like it enough to buy it, I prefer the new E over the CLK, so I decided to get the M3-coming in Dec and I am very excited, also I know someone said something about kinks in the M3 engine but I just wanted to point out-is there any MB that doesn't have kinks in their engine- I know the new E does, also yes the M3 is going to get a facelift but all that is going to happen is that the headlights from the 3 series sedan will be retrofitted to the M3, bad decision in my opinion and my car will not have that, M3 produced after march 2003 will get the facelift...good luck on ur decision

Yup here we go again!
The M3 & CLK are both great cars!
M3 - Ultimate driving machine
CLK - Ultimate luxury machine
I would gladly take either.....I am 34 and now need luxury!
