Steering Wheel leather problem
Hey guys,
I have a 05 CLK and the steering wheel leather is kind of going white, the car is still in warranty. Is this covered in warranty ? or is this considered normal wear and tear?
Basically I tried to clean the steering wheel with a softcloth and some water no chemicals, baiscally the leather color changed from Grey to White ?

It's probably the oil from your hands and sun exposure that is causing the change, and thus normal wear and tear. To iguess's point though, check the detail forum as there is information on cleaning and protecting your steering wheel there.
