hey guys im considering purchasing an 2005 clk500 convertable from a dealer in miami... the car does not have heated seats and the guy is telling me he can get them on the car through mercedes because im from CT and i need them... is this realistic any one have thoughts?

I think Mark Cummins on this board did it to his CLK. I think they have to replace the seats. Not a bad deal if you ask me, just make sure you get brand new ones.

oo ok thank you i should be able to get the car for around 43 it had 25k and a 2005 clk500 convert with the wood steering wheel too

The Heated seats CAN Be Retrofitted to the 209 ...as the heat pads are sewn to the leather seat covers..Then The Wire harness and switch ...but yes It CAN Be done.

hey, if you dont mind me asking, how much did the interior cost? theres a set i've seen from a private seller for around 4k (i'm just looking to swap the seats, and maybe the door panels.......and how much did it cost to do an install.
