Thumbs up

Had one on loan from MB UK for a week. No problems at all, in fact VERY impressed with everything about the car. Much faster than I thought, which was my main concern.

Wipers worked perfectly!! Could have done with a wiper on the back window for those cold English mornings.

I placed my order for one the same day it went back.

Hope this helps.

I am a UK based owner, took delivery from Bremen in early August, currently clocked 3,950 miles. I agree with the rear wiper comment, in this climate it would be a real boon but I suspect it might spoil the look.

I find accurate reversing to be a little difficult as the view of the rear of the car from the drivers position is not good. In the UK Parktronic is an option - I failed to order it, that was a mistake. But all else is terrific, it is a great and beautiful car - especially in Iolith Blue and pale grey leather!! It attracts much comment.

I ORDERED ON AUG 26 AND IT WAS PRODUCED NOV 3. CLK 32O BLACK OPAL ASH INTERIOR. I GOT MY VIN #. THE CAR IS EXPECTED TO ARRIVE IN THE USA 2.5 WEEKS AND THEN IT HAS TO ARRIVE IN WISCONSIN. I WILL HAVE THE CAR SOON.
WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF ANY OWNERS OF 2003 CLK 320 HAVE ANY POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON THIS CAR .

CLK 240
Got my CLK 240 in mid June. Delighted with it - amazing car.

Only tip - don't got for just the basics. I didn't get command and regret it now.

I covered about 700 miles in the Dem car which had about 3500 miles on the clock. I had no pulling problems at all.

I agree with the Parktronic sensors, I have never had them or found the need for them but the rear view is quite restricted and found them essential. Also the Comand centre was superb.

Very clever of MB to loan me a 'fully loaded' car. I ordered virtually every option available after using them.

Just on 4000 miles with my CLK 320 and no sign of pulling to the right - had it on a saab a couple of years ago but a change of tyres cured the problem immediately.

IT SEEMS TO ME THAT 2003 CLK 500 HAS MORE PROBLEMS THAN THE 2003 CLK 320. MAYBE I AM WRONG. MORE PEOPLE ON THIS SITE SEEM TO HAVE MORE PROBLEMS WITH THERE CLK 500. LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK.

My CLK-500 is awesome. The only problem I have with the car is trying to keep it under 100 MPH. The car is very powerful. Faster than my BMW 540. Keyless Go is a blast, Parktronic is great and the voice recognition for the music and phone is very cool. Overall, the CLK-500 in my book scores a perfect 10.
