Can an OEM navigation system be put into a 2005 CLK 500 that currently just has a factory radio system in it?

Is there a lot of modifications needed?

Where can a MB Nav sytem be purchased for a reasoanble price?

Yes the Comand CAN Be Installed in the 209 ....

Contact Steve @ MBENZNL.com re the comand he also will install it if needed

Do a search on him here...

Steve added Comand on our 209...Works Great!

yes u can, i was going to go for retro fit but decided aftermarket system would be better.
