Chrome key programming in NJ??

Where can I get the key copied for a decent price? How much have you guys been paying for this? I bought a key from an online vendor, but need to have it programmed.

You can't have it programed you have to buy the key from MB specifically for your car.

The key is in two parts - the actual metal part that you would use in an emergency in the door lock, and the electronic part. When I got my key from the dealer, it arrived in two parts, based on the VIN. If you could have just anyone program your electronic key, it would be similar to someone making you a new copy of your credit card. I think the dealer is the only legal option. I assume the key you bought does not have the metal "door lock" part?
