Glass sunroof on my CLK 320
I ordered the glass sunroof on my clk 320
i am just wondering.. is it the same glass sunroof that the e-class have????????? and if yes.. will it look good on my brilliant silver clk??
i also ordered black designgo leather.. anyone have it?? they told me it will take an extra month and a half just to put that kind of leather on my clk!!! i hope its worth waiting for

It's not the 'panorama' style
it is the standard style glass sunroof on the W209 series (as it was on the W208's)
Just the C-class coupe, E-class (and to a degree the SL) have the panorama roof.
I highly recommend the standard glass sunroof anyway - wouldn't have one without it.

To the extent of...
it's a very large transparent roof panel (tinted of course) that has the sunshade mesh screen built into it.
Compared to the area of a conventional sunroof, the panorama roof comprises the entire roof surface vs. an opening in a steel roof panel.
The SL's pano roof is a fixed panel and retracts with the entire roof mechanism, rather than opening up like a sunroof. Thats where any similarity would end...
