Can't flip passenger seat back
On my '04 cabriolet (I assume the seats are similar in the coupe) on the passenger side, if I want to get into the back seat, the seat-back won't tip forward when I lift the latch. The latch works, but the seat remains firmly un-budged. That makes it impossible to get into the back seat on the passenger side... Do you think I need to go to the dealer to fix this?

Yes - if the seat is stuck, then definitely take it in to get looked at -- especially if it is under warranty.
But before you do, try moving the seat position (the whole seat, not just the seat back) forward or backward a little. I've noticed that when my seat is in certain positions it will not tilt all the way forward when I pull the shoulder latch.

It works only when the seat is far enough back. If the seat is in the most forward half, it does not tilt forward. It does so only in the second half (backward).

I just picked up my car from the dealer to repair the same thing and the work order reads: remove drivers seat to lube lock pawl and adjust.
It works fine now.

Followup: I brought my car to Rolf's Auto in Summit, NJ, and he fixed it FOR FREE. Obviously it was some stupid thing, but I'm surprised he didn't charge me $20 or something... the car is no longer under warrantee. Now I'm guaranteed to go back there when I have the next issue!
