had enough

I have to start by saying that I truelly love my clk500 and all the upgrades... I had it for 2 months now, and it is just what I wanted from a car.
But, and it is a Big but, previous owner has killed this car for a guy like me, I can not understand or reason with a person who invests so much money in top of the line upgrades and decides do install them himslef... my 5k alpine system is hand installed by a semi amateur who didnt not know what wire is for what... I had complains about buzzing and rattle sounds in my car, and on avarage of 17F here in chicago they are loder then a cell phone in church...

I am sad to say that I am seperating with my 500, and getting into 745i till i can found a glove fit clk55...

good lock to all of you

fyi.. major buzzing came from cup hoplders in the back seat, roof panel, and this is aside of masacred side panels by previous owner

ouch that sucks....why dont you tear it apart carefully to figure out what the problem is...?...

could be something so small...i used to have a rattle, in my backseats and then checked it out...it turns out to be the rear passenger headrests jiggling

I totally understand. I have also gotten rid of a car for that sort of reason. A rattle is a total killer.

-U Guys should hear the 1's weve got in our 270cdi eleg. both passenger doors are so bad it sounds like a bag of bolts, literally. Stops if i push hard on the upper door panel, but its going in 4 a service/fix up soon so it should get sorted.
