for those of you who installed an aftermarket tv with navi... have you noticed any electrical problems after it... the reason i ask is because i am goin to put a pioneer z2 in my 05 clk500 and i know it will void the warranty so i want to make sure no one has major problems

How about I trade you my 2003 and you won't have to worry about warranty issues?

Make sure you post some pics of the unit cause it's pretty sweet. Did you manage to find a steering wheel harness for the controls?

as soon as i get the unit installed i will put pics up in like 2 weeks... i will be ordering the package that comes with the backup cam also.. and i will find someone to install it so ican watch dvd's while driving just to have... and no i havent looked into that but does any one know how to do that?

I have the AVIC-D3 Pioneer and I can watch DVDs. It's supposed to be hooked up to the emergency brake, so you can only watch when the brake is on. My installer didn't hook that up. I find I don't really WATCH movies while driving, but it is fun to listen to movies - like Borat. "If I buy theese car, does it come with poosey magnet?"
