Does anyone know how much they are worth if you were to buy the instrument cluster from either the dealership or an oem parts store?

Are you looking at replacing the one you have? They're pretty expensive as you need to buy the entire unit, I think it was just over $1k for the stock one, and even more for the AMG one. I can't remember if it's as simple as a swap.

 

nobody has a parts supplier that could look it up for me?
