Great pick ups. Ive heard great things about the akebono pads. Let us know how they work out for you. Also, loving the wheels I actually thought about getting them as well. With those wheels I think it'll be time to either paint the calipers or get a bbk upgrade...![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

Stock rims and tires are on there now - 17x7.5 and 17x8.5.
I went with 19x8.5 up front and 19x9.5 in the rear.
They are silver and gunmetal so I'm thinking this
will go with the color of the car well (brilliant silver).
We'll see......

Knock off CL65 rims. I got them from Best Wheels Inc.
They were very easy to deal with....
Akebono pads are on. Although I have been easy on them, I cannot feel any difference from the OEM pads. I also haven't got on the brakes real hard yet....
I went with the Akebonos because I read alot of their reliability and their reduced brake dust.

The rims do look like they stick past the tire a bit......Got me wondering. It may be the look of the rim because there is no lip on these. ![nix](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/nixweiss.gif)
I have to look for the tire size. I don't even know off hand.
And the car is lowered - Eibach Pro Kit (about 1.3 inches).
