Driver side front wheel problem....

so right now im lowered on H&R springs and shaved pads in the front and rear...as i drive there is no squeaking...but as a turn slightly to the left, i hear a squeak ...squeak.. noise as if its apart of the rotating assembly...it doesnt happen when i turn right and it seldomly happens when i drive straight.

it goes away as soon as i apply the brakes gently and the squeak dissappears and only to return later... I tried to remedy the problem with some brake cleaner and a by removing the rim and having a visual inspection..but that yeilded nothing...

does anyone have any clues? TIA
