Lighting Problems in my 2003 CLK320
My Right Headlight (bi-xenon) sometimes does not turn on. I have to flick the light knob off and on a couple times and sometimes it takes i little more time. I switched the bulbs from 1 light to the other and still did it in the same light so its not the bulb. whats the problems?
also
My Left blinker does not work anymore. I bought a new socket and bulb but nothing. what can be the problem.
thanks for the help in advance guys.

Have you tried going in the back and wiggling the fuses? I had to do that to fix my radio I think.
There are like 2 or 3 places in the car which have fuses. Read the manual and read the service notice that lists all of the fuse locations (I think it is in the one to the left of the steering wheel.

I experienced a similar problem in my '05 CLK500. At random times, one of the headlights would simply blink out for a few seconds and then come back on. I'm sure it drove on-coming cars nuts when it happened at night. After MB service telling me it was just a bulb, and replacing it, the problem recurred, this time with the other side. I brought the car back in, and they now told me the electronic control unit for the headlights was faulty and they replaced it. The problem went away...for about two months. It has just started again, so I give up. I'm trading the car in (for a new CLK) in a few months, so unless it becomes more frequent, I'm not going to try and get it fixed again.
Not sure about your model, but you may want to ask service if there might be something going on with the electronics instead of the bulbs.

All of the lighting is controlled by the SAM (front SAM for front lighting, rear SAM for rear lighting). SAM = Signal Acquisition Module. It is an electronic replacement for fuses attached to the bottom of the fuse panel. It receives CAN bus signals and uses solid state switching circuitry to activate the appropriate lighting, but without fusing. Voltage fluctuations can cause it to act flaky, and voltage spikes can permanently damage it.

I just re-read your post and I want to make sure I am clear on the problem. You stated, "the blinkers are both flashing quickly..." Do you mean that they do this constantly, or they only do this when you use your turn signals? I thought you meant they were doing this constantly, and that's why I was suspecting SAM problems. But if they only do this when you use the turn signals, then that means one or more turn signal bulbs is not working. And since you also stated, "my front blinkers were all out and not working," I am guessing that the mechanic somehow disconnected or damaged some wiring that goes to these bulbs. You may need to get the mechanic to look at this. There are some front end wiring harnesses near the A/C compressor that could have been disturbed.
